You do not only want to compete for the individual ranking but also with a team? You want to represent your gym or box along with all your fellow members you use to train with? You can have it all!
As part of the Deka Fit event, the Team Competition is offering you the possibility to compete with your teammates against other teams and be part of a Team ranking.

DEKA CLUBS
During the registration process you will also be able to create or join a “Club”. A “Club” can be for example your Gym, your Box or any other group you would like to represent and join together. So make it your mission to have all your gym join your club and represent the colors of your home gym. An overall club ranking will show the biggest clubs.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT
*Arrival: Plan to arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your registration packet and get warmed up.
*A Bag Check will be free of charge on site, offering you the possibility to drop off your bag in a safe and secure place and pick it up once your race is finished.
*A Changing area: you’ll be able to change yourself and get ready for the race by using our dedicated changing area on site.
*Warm Up area: once you’re ready, get yourself warmed up before the start.
*What to Bring: Your ID, Confirmation Email with QR Code, Hydration and Nutrition.
*Spectators: Your biggest fans are able to attend free of charge and cheers on you.

DEKA is finally landing in Europe for the first time and more precisely on the iconic island in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife. DEKA is an indoor fitness competition featuring 10 functional fitness zones - it’s fitness gamified and designed for all levels. No matter your background or experience, DEKA will help you set your baseline and train with a purpose.
The Tenerife DEKA Trifecta weekend features all 3 of our event types:
- DEKA FIT: 500-meter run before each zone, 5K total
- DEKA MILE: 160-meter run before each zone, 1mi total
- DEKA STRONG: 10 zones, zero running
Test yourself against a global fitness standard, earn your DEKA Mark and commemorate your achievement with your finisher medal and t-shirt.

¡La gamificación del fitness aterriza por primera vez en Europa! DEKA es una competición de fitness estructurada con 10 estaciones de ejercicios funcionales y diseñada para todos los niveles competitivos. No importa de dónde vengas ni tu experiencia, DEKA te ayudará a sentar las bases para entrenar con un objetivo de superación constante.
La primera edición DEKA Trifecta en España tendrá lugar en la isla de Tenerife e incluirá 3 modalidades de competición:
- DEKA FIT: Carrera de 500m entre cada estación DEKA, 10 estaciones + 5km total. (Elite, Open, Age Group)
- DEKA MILE: Carrera de 160m entre cada zona DEKA, 10 estaciones + 1mi total.
- DEKA STRONG: 10 estaciones, cero carreras.

¡Representa a tu gimnasio o box junto a tus compañeros compitiendo también en la categorías de equipos!
¿Cómo registrarse?
Durante el proceso de registro, tendrás la opción de “crear un nuevo equipo” o “unirse a un equipo ya existente”. Los equipos se componen de tres atletas pudiendo ser masculinos (H-H-H), femeninos (M-M-M) o mixtos (M-M-H ó H-H-M).
¿Cómo se determina la clasificación?
El resultado de cada equipo se determina por la suma del tiempo individual registrado por cada uno de sus componentes.
No importa si los componentes de un mismo equipo participan en distintos heats/horarios, el resultado final de cada equipo se determinará con la suma de los tiempos registrados por sus tres participantes por separado.
Los 5 mejores equipos se enfrentarán en una última ronda al final del día para definir el podio. ¡El más rápido gana!
DEKA CLUBS
Por último, pero no menos importante, ¡representa a tu CLUB!
Durante el proceso de inscripción, también podrás crear o unirte a un “CLUB”, por ejemplo, tu gimnasio, box o cualquier otro grupo al que quieras representar.
Los clubes con más representantes y mejores tiempos registrados entrarán en un ranking general de clubes.

QUÉ ESPERAR EL DÍA DEL EVENTO
* Llegada: Organízate para llegar una hora antes del evento.Esto te dará tiempo suficiente para aparcar, recoger tu paquete de registro, y calentar.
* Dispondremos de casilleros donde podrás dejar tus objetos personales de manera gratuita mientras compites. Déjala segura con nosotros y recógela una vez finalizada la carrera.
* Vestuario: Dispondremos de una zona de vestuario para que te prepares para la carrera.
* Zona de calentamiento: una vez estés listo, calienta aquí antes de la salida.
* Qué llevar: tu documento de identidad, email de confirmación con código QR, hidratación, nutrición.
* Espectadores: Tus fans podrán asistir sin coste alguno para alentarte hasta la meta.
